Delivery will be made within an average of 2 to 11 days from receipt of the order form, depending on the country and the delivery method chosen. Any useful information for the delivery of the parcel must be provided by the Customer.

During the Christmas period (from November 15th to December 31st) COVESSENCE reserves the right to extend the delivery time depending on the number of orders received. You will be informed of the estimated delivery date in the confirmation email. COVESSENCE cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery by the carrier for any reason whatsoever. However, in accordance with the provisions of article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, if the goods have not been delivered within 30 days from the day following the day on which the Customer placed the order, the Customer may cancel the order at no cost. The sums paid by the Customer will then be refunded without delay, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

Table of costs and delivery times

(i) Colissimo delivery
The parcel containing the ordered and paid for products is left in the mailbox at the delivery address provided by the Customer. In the event that the mailbox is not large enough, the package will be delivered to the Customer's home and given either to the Customer or to the recipient of the Order, or, at the discretion of La Poste, to another person, in particular any person attached to its service, living with it, specially mandated, provided with a power of attorney or to an identified third party. When the parcel cannot be delivered for the above-mentioned reasons (insufficient size of the mailbox and/or absence of the recipient), the Customer or the recipient of the Order shall receive a delivery notice, allowing him/her to collect the parcel at the post office indicated in the delivery notice, for a period of 14 days. After this period, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed the amount of the Order, minus the delivery charges, by any means, at COVESSENCE's discretion. No dispute regarding the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the computer system (flashing) of La Poste being the proof.

(ii) Delivery in a Relay Point by Mondial Relay or Relais Colis
The parcel containing the ordered and paid products is deposited in the Relay Point selected by the Customer at the time of his Order. The Customer will receive an email allowing him/her to pick up the parcel at the Relay Point indicated in the email during a 15 days period from the reception of the email from COVESSENCE. The collection at the Delivery Point is only possible upon presentation of the above-mentioned email and the Customer's ID. After this period, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, minus the delivery charges, by any means, at COVESSENCE's discretion. No dispute regarding the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the register of the Point Relais being the proof.

(iii) Home delivery in Europe by Mondial Relay, Delivengo or Fedex
The parcel containing the ordered and paid for products will be hand-delivered against signature to the delivery address provided by the Customer. In the event that the Customer is unavailable, the parcel will be given either to the recipient of the Order or, at the discretion of the transport service providers, to another person, in particular any person attached to the Customer's department, living with the Customer, specially mandated, with a power of attorney or to an identified third party. In case of absence, the package will be subject to a second attempt of hand delivery. No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the parcel appears to have been delivered, the computer system of Mondial Relay being authentic.
